We’re doing it again!

So, following the rip-roaring success of the first How To Do Everything and Be Happy workshop (back in November), I’m pleased to announce that I’m doing another one on the 23rd February, (with a follow up event on the 22nd March).

Again it’ll be here in sunny Southend-on-Sea, just a few doors down from Southend General Hospital at the Therapy Life Centre (address & map below).

We’ll be starting promptly at 7.30pm (so aim to turn up around 7:15pm) and will continue to 9.30pm (with a break for tea or coffee along the way).

Individually the events costs just £10 each – you’re welcome to come to either one but if you book for both we’ll knock off a couple of quid! £18! Bargain!

So what will we be doing?

23rd February
We’ll briefly cover the three causes of unhappiness, make ourselves feel better by identifying and blaming the culprits, then move right along for an evening of brainstorming and happiness planning. By the time you leave you’ll be armed with everything you need to start creating a happier life.

22nd March
We’ll briefly re-cap the previous workshop, find out how you’ve got along and tackle any problems you may have encountered.
We’ll also discuss the power of Boxing Day, and set about creating a Now List.

If you’ve got a brain in your head, if you can pick up a pen, if you’ve got half an inkling about what makes you smile, these evenings will show you how to fit those things into your life and, as a consequence, feel much, much happier.

(Note: Ticket price doesn’t include a copy of the book – not this time – though books will be available to purchase on the night if you suddenly feel the urge)

The Therapy Life Centre is located at 11 Prittlewell Chase, Southend-on-Sea, SS0 0RX (the old driving test centre) – there is reasonable parking.The nearest station is Prittlewell (just fifteen minutes walk away) which is on the Liverpool Street – Southend Victoria line.
